Say they are pre-authorization for script. can only answer yes or no, and you never say "yes"! Give toll-free callback of 844-607-5103. In fact, I was waiting for approval for this script. Checked with my insurance and it is definitely a SCAM!!!

Robo call that wanted my personal information for an undisclosed prescription. I have all of my Rx's up to date. I called up my healthcare insurance provider. They stated that it was not a call from their offices and that both of my current drug suppliers were approved. They verified no changes on Rx suppliers were made.

Robo call left message my insurance was denying a pre-authorization, and to call 1-844-607-5103. They called about an hour later and left the same message. I called number on my insurance card and was told they didn't call, and send letters when they deny a pre-authorization.

This recorded call says its from my Provider, which is Anthem, but doesn't say Anthem. Can't speak with a human being without entering my birthdate! No way am I going to give that to a possible scammer.

it's definitely not Anthem - I phoned Anthem and checked. This is some scammer after your personal data for no good!!

The recording said they were from my insurance provider. It had my proper name and asked for my birthday so they can continue. I purposely gave the wrong birthdate and the recording said they can't continue the conversation, the don't have the correct information and hung up. Smells like a scam to me.
