PLEASE do no cash these checks or buy anything with the money. the bank will call soon enough to tell you it is fake. DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS AND GIVE AWAY THEIR NUMBERS ON THEM. The phone # I received was (218 two-one-eight-413 four-one-three--9941 nine-nine-four-one) the email I received was (delores scott 197 @gmail). I put gaps in the email so that the scammers cant google it to see if anyone has caught on to their scam yet with this particular email. they use thousands of different email address and phone #'s too.

Amex/Wal-Mart Survey Money Scam (Scam call) reported by Stevie R.
Upon searching for side jobs or making money working from home an email is sent for job details. This ‘Survey Instruction Letter’ and a computer printed check in your name for approximately $1975.xx. The instructions are to deposit the check and withdraw $1512.00 without telling anyone assisting you. There is a time sensitivity to complete survey evaluating both bank and wal-mart services for a $200 bonus. Cash in hand from your bank acct. to buy 3($500) or 5 ($200)Amex gift cards to complete the necessary service evaluation letter. Long story long......other instructions are given in order for the other party to obtain all the gift cards information So they can transfer/withdraw the $1500 off the cards before that FAKE check is fully processed and found to be an invalid check. They will have your money off those cards and zero way for you to get back. This came in the mail for my 22yr old son. I knew this was fishy because if anything he is more in the hole that people owing him money. He wanted to cash I told him all this os fake. I checked the bank it states is coming from and the routing number is not even close to the real one. He was disappointed but well informed about these types of scams.
