Calling from "Window Computer problem support". With all the money they make on scams, I wish they could upgrade their headsets so to reduce that cheap Dollar General-esque microphone crackle. Rakeem, with whom I spoke briefly, sounded as though he was yelling at me through one of those cardboard tubes at the center of a roll of birthday wrapping paper. I asked why his coworker had not yet released my files after paying the ransom from my previous engagement with their call center, and he strongly assured they are a legitimate business helping the Window Computer problem. Eventually, I asked to speak with his manager, to which Rakeem replied "I am the manager." But I was persistent. After a heated argument and a few grammatically incorrect uses of proper nouns on both my end and his, he told me to wait patiently while he got his manager. While I assume he meant to put me on hold, he did not do so. He proceeded to scream angrily at someone with a seemingly small voice on the opposite side of the room whilst crinkling a chip bag inches away from the receiver. Moments later, I heard him clumsily pick up the phone, dropping it in the process, and went on to address me as though he was the manager. He even made his voice sound slightly deeper, which was very convincing, almost as good as the real thing! It was an entertaining 20 minutes, no real accomplishments. He got angry after he learned I had iPod Computer, hung up on me abruptly, and I still didn't get my files from the previous call. This is not a legitimate business, dear friends. Rakeem is not here to solve problem support. Avoid these guys, and whatever you do...don't give em those three little numbers on the back of your credit card, no matter how nicely they ask for them.
