Aggressive "Investment" Offer (Scam call) reported by


A man with a British accent said his name was Jamie and was calling from Windsor James in London and had an "opportunity" to invest in a wine company. He is VERY aggressive. Calls 3-6 times a day. Told him to take me off his call list and he said "No can do.", hangs up and then calls back. Now I just tell him to eff off and hang up every time he calls.

Caller ID: WILMINGTON DE. At first I didn't understand the man. He didn’t say who he was, but asked for Robert. I told him that there was no Robert here that he had the wrong number. He said nothing and hung up. Another site lists this number as a known robocaller.

Calls daily. Answered by my voice mail system. Leaves EXACTLY the same message each time claiming to be collecting information for some legal action for a nameless financial company. Asks for me by name in an obviously different voice... but the same voice each time. Definite robocall... very likely a scam by my reckoning.
