Caller said they were charging my account 399.00 for a subscription to V=tech Solutions and needed to call 302-417-2800. His name was David Thompson. Sounded like a computer call.

This sounds like a computerized scam call (like 3CPO’s father) telling me I will be charged $399 for renewing a computer security system I do not have. The computer talked of refund of the charge. I bet that what they do to the fish they hook is to get their credit card numbers to make the “refund “ and then zing you for a few thousands of dollars of charges. My advice is to not call back.
