Social Security/FBI Scam (Scam call) reported by Carlton
I was @ a friend's the other day when she received a call from a "detective" from within the SS Administration, along with 3 different branches of local & federal government agencies. They went on to inform her about credit cards being obtained with her identification that had exceeded well over $100,000, a vehicle purchased & registered in her name, & $100's of thousands of counterfeit money found in her "vehicle." Allegedly the car had been abandoned on the side of the road in TX, & when recovered & searched, also had an undisclosed amount of narcotics. I don't remember the name presented to my friend, but it was the name of a real investigative LEO of some sort, I'm wanting to say it was the FBI. When her husband called to validate the integrity of the call, he instead confirmed the call to be a scam. They even inquired as to the amount of money she had in her account, despite having the ability to run a background check, "verify" her spending habits, & obtain her personal cell number. This was the same company, Virginia PCS Alliance, L. C., only it carried a VS area code being as we live in VA. The following information I obtained from datacorelookup.com, & have simply copied from their site, to paste it & other associated numbers. I hope this information helps someone, & helps bring an end to this outfit at the least.
