They call you and try to scare you saying that you owe some money and they want to settle with you. If you don't pay they will sue you, but is all scam.

This is an old scam: The caller passes him/herself as an attorney calling on behalf of the federal court. They tell me I owe some money for an order and that there is case filed against me in federal court but, they will work out a solution with me (meaning settle by paying them). The bottom line is this is all b...s...PERIOD. I tell them to take a hike (not to quote my true words out of respect for the readers). Estos son estafadores que llaman haciendose pasar por abogados agentes de la corte federal respecto a un caso en mi contra por no-pago de cierta compra. Esto es pura basura y lo se bien pues trabajo en el area legal y por eso los mando al carajo a esos delincuentes.

They spoke Spanish only. Wanted payment for item I bought from Amazon.com on-line and paid Amazon for. They threatened to get an abogado (Attorney) involved! Definitly a scam!
