Fake Warrant For Arrest - Reported to Police (Scam call) reported by


"This is not a solicitation call. Listen to the whole thing. You must call us back. A complaint has been forwarded to my office and if you don't call back it will follow due process without your consent" This is the same spam callers that tried to get my mother last year. She reported to her local police and I reported to mine (we live in different states). We were told this is definitely spam. In my state, any kind of legal action MUST be delivered in writing and if it is for arrest, court, etc it must be done in person. Not sure about other states.

Called saying I have a Civil matter pending against me saying they will file a judgement for a debt that was over 10 years ago I requested a name and address to send a cease and desist, but they refuse to give it to me. They are linked to "T.E. & A Legal Group"

Called left a message, "This is not a solicitation. Your immediate response is necessary to this civil matter filed against you. You must call (888) 726-4496 regarding this complaint filed against you. If you do not return this call due process will be charged against you." Yeah so based on the information they try to do a scare tacket but note, no one will call in this manner for a civil charge against you as Civil case matters are formerly served in person. Do not fall for this as its a hoax to get your credit card information. Never accept a call from a number you do not recognize and report these type of call immediately.
