Lear Capital a very large collectable coin company is Defrauding the public by selling silver & gold pieces from Canada that Are NOT legal tender government coinage! Especially the Orcha Whale pieces. All you are getting is a piece gold or silver they have made up to look like a genuine coin! I could do the same thing by scratching my design on a 2 oz. piece of silver and calling it a collectable coin. BEWARE IT IS NOT A GOVERNMENT AUTHORIZED COIN! I IS A 2 OZ. PIECE OF SILVER WITH THEIR DESIGN.
