Listing Rental Properties .SCAM!! (Scam call) reported by Scam scam scam

I got the exact same email as the people who commented before me.. 2br house for 800 a month , with ALL utilities included .. What a joke. Also they don't live in the state anymore so you have to send a deposit before you can see inside the house! Don't be fooled!

The house is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with lots of appliance for your use located at 620 Myrtle Rd, North Brunswick, NJ 08902. Its a lovely home & you'll enjoy living there with your family.I am CANDYCEE and my husband name is KENNETH, i survived a car accident couple of months ago resulting to fracture on my legs, am on a wheel chair as of now. My husband currently works in HAWAII as a technician, so am now with my husband here in HAWAII for more care & treatment. He instructed me to find a good tenant to take-care of our home since i moved here with him and because his contract got extended. Kindly tell me how you could take care of our house or perhaps the experience you have in renting so far. Also a little about yourself if you're going to be our new tenant which is part of the reason why am not going through any rental agent anymore due to there act of greed.
