They claim that they are going to prosecute you for a payday loan. I've never had a payday loan but they sure do try to threaten you

they called for my husband said they were SP Legal Services and they were filing a criminal complaint against him in the state of Wisconsin where we live for primary lending of $822 and he was sending me papers to take to the sheriff's department and they wanted to have his day in court

received a message on my voicemail that said this is a fraud call and to hit #1.I called the number on the caller ID an I spoke to a lady by the name of Racheal Roberts I don't think that's her real name because she couldn't remember she said that she has a fraud case against my name and social security # for a bank acct I had years ago and a job I had years ago. they are fraud please do not give them any of your money.
