They first called like they were from an attorneys office, asked a bunch of personal info.. Date of birth, social security number, what bank I use,mother's maiden name.. I refused to answer any of the questions, and the guy kept saying "that's fine" and asked more questions. He wouldn't tell me what the call was about, so I asked him to take me off the calling list and hung up. The next time they called, a different man started threatening me about Bill's in California?? He threatened that if I didn't pay up, when my son turns 18 they are going to start garnishing him for my debt, even if it's money for student loans... I have never lived in California, and not only am I not old enough to have an 18 year old, I have never had any children!! This is alarming, someone do something! Can they take people's school money like that?? Not good.

They asked for me and I told them I was there, asked if they wanted to leave a message she just gave me her phone number and didn't tell me what she wanted. I assumed it was a debt collector but typically they let me know when I first asnwer the phone. She was sort of rude.

I KEEP GETTING PHONE CALLS FROM THIS COMPANY EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NO ACCOUNT WITH THEM. THEY LOOKED UNDER MY NAME AND PHONE NUMBER AND NOTHING. BUT I GET CALLS 2-4 TIMES EVERY OTHER DAY.

He wanted to ask all the questions, but when I said how can I help you. He started raising his voice & said Harris & Harris. I again said how can I help you & he would never say. So i kindly asked him to not call this phone any more.

scam artists. They come off as debt collectors but they are trash fishing for suckered. They worked over a little old lady who killed herself after they stole all her money. Thieves work there. .

Got a Chicago call, answered. A gentleman asked for someone by name. I asked who was calling? He ignored me and sternly asked again, "do I have the right number, is x there?" "Who is calling?" And then he slams the phone down. Made me unhook my Bluetooth and everything, jerk.

Presents as debt collector for a local hospital. The local hospital uses an entirely different debt collector in our state. Harris and Harris tries to pass as an attorney-based firm..not sure if they are or not, but with robo call messages and threatening letters, they appear shady. May be legit, but I'm skeptical.
