I redialed the number since their call came in at night and woke me, startling me, which scared me because I thought it was an emergency call because of family just happening to be traveling Chicago, IL; I never get calls from anywhere in Illinois, so it alarmed me. When my call back was answered, there was a female voice sounding like a prerecorded deal until the end, when she "came to life" asking questions to prompt me to speak. I don't like that at all, and when unknown numbers commence calling my cell number, I get uber suspicious and don't trust. I would have ignored the number if the area of the caller hadn't shown on screen, which gave me a fear, enough to call back to inquire why it called me and hung up. These callers are rude in the fact they think it's their given right to call random numbers and not identify themselves right from the start. And they have the audacity to want something from the people they pester. I blocked the call. Now, if only phone carriers would create an app allowing us to make a list of phone numbers we'll accept, or said caller gets diverted. And if someone wants to reach me via cell who isn't on my list, they need to schedule a time for their name and number to be accepted by me for incoming call, or place themselves on a list with a description so that I can decide whether to call them back. I've gone to such great length to remain private and do not EVER prefer to answer unknown callers who refuse to leave a voice message.

They call constantly even after asking them to stop. Calling the CDC tomorrow and reporting them as I don't believe for a moment that they are wroth the CDC.

WHAT A BUNCH OF NITWITS. The only difference between this "crew" and Jesse James is Jesse James robbed with a gun. I'M ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST, they call me several times a day, INCLUDING SUNDAYS. I've already told them to pick on somebody their own size. ABSOLUTE "NICKWICKS."

This number should be a landline from Chicago - seems to be used by the University of Chicago, calling with national survey on employee advancement, a legitimate call, but in fact by most users marked as a nuisance call..
