When asked if doing anything that is dangerous while talking on the phone like driving, just tell them your masterbating but you can do that while you talk and they'll tell you to have a nice day and not call you back.

I told them that all the children in my household long ago died of smallpox and shivering asshat fever. They insisted that I confirm that there were no children in my household for reasons that became not so apparent as our conversation progressed. I confirmed and was commanded to have a nice day.

Looks legit. Claimed to be conducting an immunization survey for the CDC. The CDC's website confirms the call would be coming from this number. They asked a couple of questions concerning the ages of kids in my household. When I answered, he said those ages weren't appropriate for the range they needed for their survey. Spoke perfect english.

Supposedly a vaccine survey from CDC, but still annoying. They left one msg about that, but keep calling with no msg. Didn't return the msg and don't answer when they call. Don't know for sure it's the gov't (most annoying of all) - might be a scam. Just don't answer.
