Constant Calls (Call centre) reported by Rene
In the last ten days I've received no less than eight calls from this number. At first I refused to answer out of precaution. On the second or third call, I answered only to hear silence on the other end before they hung up. The same happened on a fifth call. On the sixth, someone asked to speak with the person who I assume had my number before me. I told them they had the wrong number and to please stop calling. I was notably irate and felt bad for snapping at whomever was on the other end, but at least that would be the end of it right? The seventh call went unanswered and I assumed they were still working it out of their system. Finally the eighth call, a masculine voice with an Indian accent also asked to speak with the previous holder of my number. When I told them again that they had the wrong number, they confirmed my number and said they'd remove it from their call list. I've had this number for eight years. I don't know why people still call for the previous holder, but it happens all the time.
