These people Cal on our house phone and every cell phone. I've even pushed the 1 key to talk to an agent to ream somebody, but they immediately hang up. We're on the Do Not Call List, every phone, doesn't matter. My bet is they're some foreign outfit that couldn't care less about out laws and regulations. If everybody would block their numbers, it might help.
