If I answer "Business name, how may I help you?" they immediately slam the phone down on me. I tried calling them back and telling them how f##ing RUDE it is to just hang up on someone and they wouldn't answer. Screw this "donation" organization, they're probably selling your DONATED clothes to people in Africa and making a profit.
