This is confirmed as The Knights of Columbus, I had missed the short call ring. I came here to look the number up because I knew the area code was in the St.Louis area and have been expecting a call from 2 possible children specialist doctors. Apparently who ever called , called 5 min. after they were closed and did not leave a message due to hanging up before I could answer with the phone in hand. I had called back and left a message, marked urgent because I know the waiting list to be seen is at the minimum 6 months. I had then called back again since it was after hours when they called, maybe the operator can help. Well the first woman was extremely rude and hateful when I was trying to explain the situation breifly as possible and she spoke loudly above my voice saying : What is it that you need!" I decided to just say not deal with a rude operator and call back and not have to speak with you. I am sorry but there was no reason for her to behave like that and I do not really take that kind of crap from anyone so what I said back may have been rude as well but much nicer than what I wanted to say honestly. The next operator was very kind and helpful and did listen to me explain that I got a call which I am expecting and it was after hours and was not sure who it was but hoping they could help me find that out. Literally that is all I had said to the first lady who was rude, this woman told me that there are back numbers that workers there use so she would not be able to direct me to anyone for sure and get an answer. She had suggested to call back on Monday and reminded me of the hours and we do have a time zone difference and she even was informative of that. I suggest to call when you know who you need to speak to especially after hours to avoid the rude woman operator who should be nicer to just have to answer the phone and transfer a call,while others are struggling with no jobs and the people calling are dealing with matters that are sensitive and emotional

Thank you , this number just called after hours in their office and it was a very short ring. I have been waiting for a call from possibly 2 places in St.Louis.
