3146280418 and 2673085859, keep calling my work and random ppl. Leaving only a recording that I have a case on file and consider this my warning that I been served. When I called them back I asked for debt validation and they refused to give it to me and continue to tell me this matter was being sent in for me to be sued. And hung up on me. I called back the lady I spoke with again transferred me over to a guy and again I asked for debt validation. He wouldn't give it and said he suggested I get a lawyer and that he was sending garnishment notice to my employer today. Then hung up on me.

This company called my ex from over 8 years ago and left a similar voicemail to all the ones I'm reading below. In addition to calling my ex the called my best friend, mother and ME (3x's) all with the same recording (even when I answered a live call intentionally). The # they told me to call back was 267-308-5859, but it's always busy, so this time I just called back the # that called me. I spoke with Terry, she did have my ss#, and 2 of my most recent previous employers. She mentioned something about me using my WF Account # to defraud some Pay Advance place. Ummm, no ma'am. So, because I was reading previous post about "attorney" I told them I was refusing to pay and wanted to get my attorney involved. She told me to hold and they hung up.

This person verified my SS#, name and said they were trying on behalf of a debitor to settle up. I told him I'd give to my attorney and he said bring my attorney to court with me and hung up.

This is so stupid

They have called me twice saying I was a guy named Dean A. Accusing that they have a case file on him. This is a scam call and on both messages left on my voicemail are the same exact recording. Ignore them

I called this number back because it called me. I told the young lady that answered that I had just missed a call from this number. I told her my lawyer gave me the heads up on this number. She said I didn't call you I can give you my number. She hung up.
