Received several missed calls from this number. A voicemail from a few weeks ago claimed they were from "BJC Business Office" and asked me to call them. I did not. A voicemail today did not identify itself but was an automated message that indicated my name and asked me to call 855-283-9093. I do not have any overdue payments with BJC and will not be calling this suspicious number.

They called with an automated loop that says the call is for me and to reach a 1-855 number. It says it is from BJC healthcare but I have no unpaid debt to them. I even logged into my patient portal and it shows my balance is $0. So I don't know why they are calling and I'm not going to answer.

NoMoRobo must have flagged the call, it went straight to voicemail. I had a 5+ minute loop of audio for my current name saying "Hello! I'm calling on behalf of the business office of BJC Healthcare, this call is for <Mangled Name>." Robot left no other message, contact information, or anything really useful. Reluctant to call back to the "business office".

Recorded call asking me to call an 800 number. I wasn't able to write the number down, so I called the original number back and the call was answered by a real person. It was regarding prior medical treatments from this year - for some reason they had an address from 3 years ago on file - though I've had 5 surgeries using my current address. They did want address and DOB verified, which I did as they had the correct old address as well as correct dates of medical procedures. They wanted to arrange payment today. I refused and asked that they send a statement to the correct address. They agreed and asked that I make a partial payment. I refused again. They asked if I could do anything on the bill today and I responded "Not until I receive the statement." They prodded me a bit with the "...urgency..." of the matter and then we ended the call.

The woman identified herself as being with Boone Hospital Financial Services . She asked to speak to me. She then asked me to verify my address and DOB. I told her I don't give that out to random unknown callers. She offered to give me my address so I could verify, then I could tell her my date of birth. I declined. I haven't received bills from Boone Hospital in over a year. Not sure why they would be randomly calling me. After my second refusal, the phone disconnected.
