"Important Information About Student Loans" (Unsolicited call) reported by


Having received almost daily calls from this same number, and not having a received a voice message to consider, I answered the call. After several moments of silence a female(name/organization not provided) said hello several times, and asked for me by name. She insisted that she had "Important Information About my Student Loans" and persisted in attempts to collect my personal information even after my stating, I was receiving a great number of unsolicited calls and was uncomfortable speaking over the phone about personal matters. She continued pressing to obtain/"verify" my personal information over the phone completely disregarding my statement of reasoning, and began regurgitating my (likely publicly listed) mailing address. I helped her out and hung up.

No idea who this is. I've picked up once and it was dead air on the other end. They call a few times a day and never leave a message. They even call on the weekends.

Holy **** these guys just do not give up. I swear to God I've had at least three to five minutes calls from the same number every single day and every time they leave a voicemail so not only do I have a bunch of missed calls from a random out-of-state number but my voice mailbox is full as well. The people that actually do the calling and trying to collect the debt must seriously hate their life because every voice mail is more depressing demanding and sad and pathetic than the previous one good thing that we live in the age of technology and all you have to do is hit B L O C K-- block --!!!
