I received 6 calls from them from the span of 8:37am to 3:12pm; with no message left. I called the next day to see who/what was calling. When I realized it was Navient I asked why they called so many times without leaving a message. The rep stated that in some states if they leave a message they are unable to call the remainder of the day. So more times then not a messages isn't left! (*eye roll*) I've been paying on this loan for a few years and have NEVER been late outside of this one occurrence. I asked if a note can be put in my file for a message or email..... NOPE (*another eye roll*) I definitely won't lose track of the month EVER AGAIN.

They have been calling my company's work number for over 4 months with no one answering this number, but they continue to leave messages / empty voice mails. I'm surprised they haven't given up with their scam call.

This phone number calls every day right after another from Navient. Literally 30 seconds after the other. I consigned a loan for my daughter and have been paying her bill since she is disabled. Stop calling!!!!!
