This is Community Health asking me to answer questions about a recent hospital visit. Which was a fine experience. Nothing stood out as being any better than other hospital stays, but I also have no complaints. I consider them annoying because they have been calling every day (I asked them to stop, too). Here is why: When leaving Community, I was given an envelope with a questionnaire to rate their service. Making sure they covered all bases to annoy me about this survey/ questionnaire, they even mailed 2 more of them to me...and I saw them 3 weeks ago! "Here's a survey we would appreciate you filling out," given to you when you leave. Then more arrive by mail. And while you try to rest you get them calling you almost every day-asking if you have time to do what else? Answer that survey's questions! Didn't I ask you to not call me?? I appreciate that they want to know how their care and service was for me. I actually was going to fill out the survey handed to me when I left. But they are relentless now...Must-Have-Survey-Results!! Is someone getting paid by the number of surveys they get from us? Hmmm... I dunno. Because of their insane amount of requests to complete and return the survey forms (and ignoring my request to stop calling me)...I am considering them a nuisance, now. You Community guys should have stopped at the survey you gave me when I left Community and stopped calling when I politely asked!
