Woman asked for my Business by name. I acknowledged that this was the Business owner, and simply asked "May I know what this is in regards to?" I heard a long *sigh* then was hung up on.

Who are these guys hiring to try and sell this insurance? Never have I heard a more rude and disrespectful person cold call me and say rude things to me! I tried to find the "company" these folks work for and report them but couldnt find out the company. AVOID THESE FOLKS

The woman who called asked for the "owner of the manor." I told her that would be me and she then said she was returning my call (?) about offering the equivalent of a silver plan. I didn't bother telling her that my husband is a health insurance broker and that I work for him, I just asked if the plan is ACA-compliant. She had to ask someone if it is and was told it was. She obviously didn't know anything about health insurance since she had no idea that the open season doesn't even begin until November. I told her that I can't apply for health insurance until then and hung up.

Called our customer service line at work asking if my employer provided health insurance. When I explained that she had called our customer service line and refused to answer her questions she asked for a manager. When I explained that I was the manager she accused me of having a bad day and still wanted to talk. Said all she was trying to do was give me a free quote. I hung up as call had already taken too much time.
