Franklin parish and associates (Debt collector) reported by Lee Parker
16 Jun 2017 These people called me on an orchard bank account that was paid off years ago after the card was lost in Gulf Shores Alabama with a balance of approximately $120 on it and a limit of $300 they said we owed $4300 and they were going to garnish my wife's pay Check at work and were going to send it the next morning if we did not wire them they funds immediately. Some woman Ms Miller yelled at me and said they would settle for $1500 if we paid now she said you shut up talking I'm telling you what your gonna do did we understand I said look Honey you don't need to yell this has been paid years ago she screamed don't call me honey I'm not your honey do you understand and hung up the phone. Then they turned around and called my wife at work and threatened her the same way and told her that I was dead to them and they were garnishing her wages the next morning. Yelling at her on the Walmart company phone telling her if she did not wire the money immediately they were going to garnish her wages and take her to court and it would cost her thousands and thousands of dollars to defend herself what type of company carries on this way and how can you charge $4130 interest on a 13 year old credit card debt is paid off and where did they get her work phone and they had sent a bill to our lake house address years ago they said duh it has no mail box. Do not wire these people any money until you fully investigate what they say as this has got to be another scam. To pull a credit card dispute from 13 years ago the card was canceled as a lost or stolen card and what we owed was paid. Just now they say they called work in an attempt to get me fired because I complained? On another web site with this phone #855-219-5594 Caller: Franklin Parish and associates
