Spectrum Telephone Service (Silent call) reported by

Today I answered, and I said hello and good afternoon twice and they hung up without saying anything. I have answered this number more than once, and on other calls, a person comes on and says it's Spectrum Internet, Cable, and Telephone calling to give a quote for service. When told that I checked their website and they do not offer service anywhere near me, they become dumbfounded and then say they will check when it will be in my area. I told them to take me off the list and they have continued to call.

Same with me. About a month ago I started getting these calls several times each day (to my business). So last week I got temporary caller ID from my phone company and it was this number. I'm making a record of the number of calls and will report them to the FCC.
