so they called and asked if the head of the household was available I promptly replied no ... and asked how I could help them ... they said no message we will call back ... they never identified themselves and hung up before i could question them further.

When I said that I wasn't said person, he said "well maybe you can help" then asked me to make a small donation to some organization. I have gotten countless calls from Houston numbers and I'm so sick of it.
