This is a speech detection robot call attempting to collect funds (Scam call) reported by

It sounds convincing but do not give any personal information. They try to say they are collecting funds for your local police department. It's a speech detection robot call. Do not give any personal information. Very clever scam.

Texas Coalition of Police & Firefighters. This type of supposed non-profits are really scams. Give them your money and you will be sad to learn that it wound up in some low-life's pocket.
