Scam call reported by

I am so angry at myself, but when the phone rang it came up AT&T. I should've let it go, but I answered it. A man said Hi, this is Ken with some police organization asking for donations. He went on for a few minutes and then said "can we count on your donation. I said I wasn't sure if I could at this time. He was very persistent, said they had a friend's donation of $15. could I do that. I said maybe, can't promise anything. He then sent me to his supervisor and I was asked for my address info like an **** I gave it to them and it was when he was pressuring me to say yes, I didn't, I kept saying. I'll try, maybe, he said I just needed to send a "money order after I receive thhe envelope". Then the light came on and I said forget it. hung up. I was so **** off I called the number back, only to find out this Ken guy is a recording, probably from an organization but this **** is using it as his scam. Don't answer and if you do hang up. Then the **** just tried calling back. Did not answer. why can't we get these **** shut down.
