IRS suing me lawsuit (Scam call) reported by

Got a call from a 1-888 number, and left the 2391 number as a call back for their “direct line.” Message said it was the ITS suing me or filing a lawsuit against me. I get emails from bogus “attorney” type places and things like that and they are all Indian morons who cannot speak English properly and clearly aren’t real Americans. Don’t waste your time calling these F-tards back because it’s not real! The IRS doesn’t call you to tell you they are suing you. Stupid Indian Arab **** need to learn how things work here in America.

Scam call (Scam call) reported by

Didn't answer, got a message saying it was the IRS suing me and I should call them on their legal line. Well, the IRS doesn't "sue" people and not without several notices in your mail if you owe taxes, etc, which I don't. My ex used to work with the IRS, so I know this for a fact. They don't sue, they will lein your property, garnish your wages, etc but they don't sue.

IRS (Unsolicited call) reported by

missed the call, was left a voicemail with an automated voice saying to call the number. called from work phone, gentleman answered and asked to verify my name and zip code. he said ok hold one moment while I verify account, came back on and called me by a different name. began to tell "this is a recorded line" heard giggling and he hung up. I called back saying, he answered saying "internal revenue service how may I help you" I told him he hung up on me and he said no, and asked what I wanted. I hung up.
