Don't get me wrong, Hello Fresh offers some great meals at a fairly reasonable price. But it can be hard to keep up with, sometimes you don't have the time to make these meals during the week and it can get expensive over time. Cancelling your plan though seems to really upset this business. I've been getting calls from them nearly daily for the past month. I answered once, hung up when I heard it was Hello Fresh customer service, and have been ignoring their calls since. I haven't blocked them because my phone is usually on silent so it's not a big deal, but it's just getting excessive so I came here to share with anyone who might need information on this number. If you've recently cancelled your Hello Fresh subscription or have had a friend give you a free trial, it might be in your best interest to block this number immediately once they try to call you.

My girlfriend and I had this service and we actually made some pretty good meals together. I have switched to a second shift job and she is on first shift. Since we are never home at the same time it no longer made sense to continue getting their food. She won't make the meals without me. I was skipping meals for a month and I just got tired of having to do that. I cancelled the service and now I am getting a call from them. I never answered I just looked it up on google and all said it was HelloFresh. Some people said they call three times a day. I would have blocked them if they start doing that. What someone said about spamming email inboxes is true. I gave someone a free meal or discount and she was mad I gave out her email because HelloFresh is constantly sending her emails. I never would have shared her email if I knew they were going to be so pushy. The vegetables are usually bruised and the meat would go bad before I would have the time to actually make the meals. If you aren't horribly busy and want to mix it up at a high price point HelloFresh is fine. The meals were actually really good.
