Said I won a gift card (lie) then said I just needed to answer a survey that would only be 1 minute long. I figured out if I pressed 2 it meant I did not want that offer so since it went past a minute after the 3rd offer I kept quickly pressing two to get to the end. I pressed '2' over 20 times. If I would of listened to every offer in full the call would of been over a 1/2 hour. Then a recording came on that said I didn't quality for the gift card and hung up. LOL. Story of my life.

This is not the first time I have received calls asking Can I hear them. As soon as they ask...I hang up believing it is a scam.

I just saw this on the local news. (Scam call) reported by


I saw this scam warning on the news, after some back round noise they ask "can you hear me now?". If you answer yes, they insert that into a script and it ends up cost you money.

Said I won a gift card- Walmart, Target or another. Hung up (Telemarketer) reported by


Said this was in a drawing and that I could choose. I said Walmart to see what she would do next and she immediately started to transfer me and said the call would be recorded. I hung up at that point.
