Claims to be collecting on a medical debt. I don’t answer these calls, due to the fact that even the sly snakes are capable of triggering reports with the credit bureaus. One slightly acknowledging word, and a call back is considered acknowledgement, and they can be allowed to creat a derogatory report on your credit records. After a disasterous long term disability with no pay or income of any kind, I settled my outstanding debts, and settled on all defaults by proof of long term financial hardship. It wasn’t pleasant and it left me with horrible credit ratings and a remaining life of derogatory records. These squirrels will find a way to pick up on settled derogatory record then weasel their way to making it their collections account. If not illegal, it should be. At the very least, they are the worst of all unethical and immoral scum! They series their numbers out, to counter blocking, and some are even capable of over-riding the blocks.
