Fake Payday Loan Debt Collector (Scam call) reported by Mags
Called with a heavy Indian accent and told me that I owed $1000 for an old payday loan - not valid at all...also called my entire family as well as my husbands - lovely...called them back about 20 times just to get hung up on each time stating to them that THEY owed me $1000 just to mess with them...told me that I was stupid, needed to pray, needed to find god and not to call back...asked them for their husbands phone number and their sisters phone number so that I could call and harass their family like they did to me...so over it - wish it would end..

Civil suit scam (Call centre) reported by Olivia
This woman called, could barely understand her. Asked for me by my maiden name and wanted to clarify my social. Would not take no for an answer when I told her I would not give out information over the phone. Said there was a civil suit against me. When I hung up she called back and left a message threatening me with not being able to settle this and said "good luck in court. " pretty sure this is a scam

These people called me trying to reach a former partner of mine... someone with whom I have had ZERO contact for more than a decade!! And certainly not while I've had my current number (on which they called me) I am unsure what business these folks are in, but asked them to remove me from their database and to disconnect any relationship they think I have with the person they were trying to reach.
