Scam (Scam call) reported by

A lady answered the phone and asked how may I help you. I told her she called me and how may I help you. And the first thing comes out her mouth is, "she is black, this one is a problem." And went off on her and she hangs up. I called back and they hung up again.

scam call (Scam call) reported by

They called several times in a week. Finally I called back and spoke with a lady. She stated I had an allegation pending in court for fraud. Said I had court papers for a sumon to appear in court to give a disposition regarding the charge. I ask her who was her client. She would not say other than I owe money for a loan. Told her I didn't take out a loan. She immediately said good luck with your day in court and hung up.

Left a message saying I was being served with court papers. Scam (Scam call) reported by

Left a message today saying they had a complaint about me. I would be served with court papers. Had several calls from different numbers saying the same thing. Total scam, I don't owe anyone any money except my landlord.

They wouldn't say who they were. (Scam call) reported by

They said they were investigating a file against me but wouldn't say who they were. Asked for my social security number. When I declined they read me some kind of fake disclaimer and then hung up.

Scam (Prank call) reported by

OK this phone number is obviously associated with this a scam. Originally a Robo call came through talking about legal allegations and that I must give a deposition ..... A bunch of legal jargon spoken by someone who has absolutely no legal background whatsoever. I called back to have my name removed. A few minutes later I got a call from them again this time literally cussing me out asking me if I Effen want their help or not! My guess is this is just simply someone sitting on their couch eating potato chips and trying to scare us up at people into giving them money. I would suspect at this number will be changed within a couple days and the same person will be harassing people all over again. I suggested to this route man asking if I Effen wanted his help and telling me I'm in a lot of trouble I simply suggested that he get a real job and stop harassing people. If you get a call from him just block the number I've gone ahead and done that now.

Threating (Scam call) reported by

Left a voice message indicating that I must give a deposition because a claim has been filed against me in the court of law they reference case number and a suit filed number and ask that they be contacted immediately to explain the allegations . I knew it was spam however called back to have my name removed, there's no vendor that I am aware of associated with this claim I'm not sure if it's supposed to be a debt collector but they do ask for A substantial fee to resolve the matter without court.
