Attempt to Verify Charges (Scam call) reported by


The number called multiple times attempting to get me to call back to a 800 number in order to verify charges on my debit card. Spoke to my bank multiple times and there was no fraudulant charges on my card and everything was valid. The person on the phone wanted to see if I would validate a charge that I know was not on my card. Told the person to stop calling me as I had already spoke to my bank. Be aware, this number does show up as a valid company but it appears to be a spoof of the number. They did not state what company they were from, just from my bank's transaction review department. No bank will be calling you outside of business hours, unless from their fraud line which is often an automated call. For these reviews who state it is legitmate, please validate with your bank prior to answering these calls.

Called me to verify charges on my credit card and asked that I call them back at 1-800-622-1361. I called my bank and they stated that there are no suspicious charges or flags on my account and to not engage with this caller. The voicemail had a very slow speaking mail voice that almost sounded computerized.

called me about fraudulent charges on my card and I called them back. they said they didnt have my number on file and my debit card on file and they asked me for my debit card info. If it was my bank they would have that all on file. my bank even said that sounded fishy. there were no charges on my bank card anyway.

Call to confirm recent transactions on my debit card. I only had to confirm my name and they gave me the last 5 transactions, and I had to confirm if they were fraud or not. This was not a scam.

This is A SCAM. They call pretending to be from your bank or other financial institution, wanting you to call them back to verify information. DON'T DO IT! Instead call a trusted phone number for your bank and ask them if they called you, they'll tell you they didn't. Never ever give credit card information to someone who calls you. Your bank won't ask you to do that, nor will the IRS or your utility company.

Keeps calling my number looking for John Butler. I have been at my number for 2 amd a half years. I spoke with them a month ago and told them wrong number and I hung up. Well 2 minutes later they call back and representative got an attitude with me saying not to hang up. I told the second rep John Butler isn't at this number and he asked where is John Butler. I told him I don't know John Butler. He said my number would be removed. They called back a 3rd time looking for John Butler. They need to stop the harrasing calls.

My Bank has informed this is a scam attempting to get your information. As I talked to the teller she informed me the bank does not and will not use any third party this way and when they called I was at the bank they got the number it redflagged in there computer as fraud while I was on hold with the guy Indian there are complaints from other customers and there under investigation for fraud. One more thing I asked for a us citizen to speak to me was informed no American us citizen works for them.

Very fake they called me so I went to my bank shortly after they called me while I was talking to the teller about it. They checked the number with the bank manager and said this is a scam and the number is spoofed they done it to other customers it's out of another country the us has there hands tied not much they can do.

They called & left a message requesting to verify some transactions with my bank. Contacted by bank & they said it was legit & I would need to verify or card will be blocked. Didn't speak to anyone just had to verify transactions via phone. Had to push either (1) I authorize the charge or (2) I did not authorize the charge.

This call came in and left a short voice mail. Something about a fraud claim that I had made. All my claims were handled months ago so I believe this is a phishing scam...I'm afraid to call the number back as it has been listed several times as a SCAM ALERT. The 800 number they left comes up as the BBB Fraud Management Service.
