Several repeat calls within minutes (Nuisance call) reported by

Did not recognize caller and was busy so I sent to voice mail. Within a couple minutes, I received another call from the same number. This continued several times. The caller never left a message. I did a search to try and identify the caller which led me to believe this was not a legitimate caller. Next call I picked up and heard a lot of background noise, but no one was prepared for me to pick up. Sounded like a sales or survey caller from the background noise. I blocked the number.

When you call the number back it just tells you that the survey you are calling about is already finished. Even if you call back right after you decline the call.
