I attempted a Cox service move on web but called them on cell phone to continue. I assume they were separately trying to call and confirm the web attempt and MEANT to hang up when they heard my Voice Message prompt. Instead they didn't quite do it and I got 5 minutes of garbled and muted CSR chatter. I could only hear the phone's owner clearly, saying "Shut up, Tricia, I'm trying to do something" and "Hey Mr. Michael..."[line cuts] (I am not Mr. Michael).
