"I have received a call from these people calling themselves cfs. Chaplain financial services, though I call them something else according to their intials. They are truly scammers.Also regarding this fake number, I have also traced the fact that the female caller is an employee of US Bank. If any of you have an account with US Bank, then this is where this person is stealing her information from peoples accounts. I am close to finding out her name." I received a call saying they have a civil suit being filed against me. I need to call them back to settle this before they have to take me to court. No one calls you if you have civil suit against. That comes in the mail or by the sheriff department. They hung up when I said I work for the sheriff department.

Received an automated call from this number stating I had a lawsuit against me and someone would be serving papers to my place of employment. I called back the listed number 404-400-7603 and they tried to tell me I had taken a payday loan and had not repaid it. I've never applied for a payday loan.

Pissed Off

Keep calling me stating I am applied for a PayDay loan and I never paid for a payday loan. I never applied for a Pay Day loan in my life. Once I start questioning the rep she cuss me out and say I will be served on my job. Phone scam fraud , they get your information from varies sources and try to get money from you. I called them back and now the phone number is not in service. I called back from another phone number and the same rep answered , so they will block your number when you start questioning them. I recorded the call and contact the BBB and local Law Firm .
