Message about CDC immunization survey may be real but I have to do research online to check whether a call like this is legitimate rather than a scam. Looks real based on https://www.cdc.gov/nis/FAQ. I'm sure it's tough to get reliable survey data when most of us worry about fake calls. In this case I'd likely respond if CDC/HHS wasn't being run by JFK Jr., a crackpot working to undermine science & public health.
