I am first on phones at our office. First off, caller ID said google inc when google is an LLC, then she asked for the person who manages our account, which if she was actually legitimate they would know, then asked for our email, which if we have an account, they'd also have. they call ALL THE TIME. Every rep says something different, some say we need to update our billing, some say they want to show us their offerings, some say they just need to speak with our account manager and can't share any info with me. Inconsistent and shady. Our actual google ads account info is just fine.

They called and demanded I give them my Google account information. They are not represenatives of google. I told them I was the person in charge of the account and they belittled me because I was female and not male. They are a scam company and EXTREMELY RUDE to the point I had to block them from calling my business. Do not give them any information!!

"Raj" called me stating that he was my new Google Adwords manager for the quarter and demanding that I give him the last four digits of my Adwords account in order to verify my account. He misrepresented himself as being from Google, where clearly he is not. I have worked with reps from Google over the phone a number of times in the past and they NEVER ask for my account information. I literally had a scheduled call with Google a couple of weeks ago which made this call seem unusual from the get go. If not an outright scam, this call was a blatant misrepresentation at minimum.

Called at 1:25 pm, asked to speak with Megan, no Megan works here, asked for Jennifer, again there is no Jennifer here. He said is the Office Management Solutions? No this is "Company Name" Sorry wrong number and hung up on me. Called again at 1:27 pm, Can I speak with the office manager, you are speaking with her. Great, I'm Pubar with Google Incorporated, your new account manager. I want to go over your account and sign you up for your renewal. We do don't have an account with you. Yes you do, Jennifer and I went over it last month. I said sir we do not have a Jennifer that works here, nor has there ever been a Jennifer here. He said this is "Company Name", I said yes, you actually called a minute ago asking for a Megan and then a Jennifer, you asked for my company name and then hung up. He said can I speak with your Boss, I asked why? he said you don't have the authority to discuss the account... What, we don't have an account with you, this is a scam and please do not call me back. He said this is Google, we need to go over your account. I very nicely asked to please remove my number from your call list. He said why... because this is a scam and I want to be removed from your call list. Refused, kept stating you need to sign up for your renewal. I hung up.

Google states that they will NEVER call you for anything. This refused to leave their phone number for call back, but caller ID populated 404-978-8978 and when I told them the person who works on our website wasn't here, they snapped at me and said they had called us 10 times and we needed to handle it already. They gave us random emails that aren't ours telling us they have been working with someone through them and then gave us a bogus name that isn't associated with our company. Seems 100% fraud.
