These annoying calls start around 8:30am EST and continue all day. I've blocked the number and they just call back from a similar number with the same recorded message about health insurance. If you press the number 2 as instructed to be removed from their list, it doesn't work. I'm registered on the Do Not Call list but that doesn't stop these callers.
