Mr Robinson called to offer 0 percent merchant services processing. When I declined he started yelling at me and asking for the owner (I AM THE OWNER), told me I wasn't listening and refused to remove me form his calling list.

Guy calls and asks for the owner and I say "speaking", he says "Robert?", I say "no" and he continues by telling me about how he's going to cut out the middle man on our credit card processing and save us money. He asks if "Ronald" can come by on Monday to look at our statement and I said "no thank you" and he says "you don't accept credit cards?" and I say "no, of course we do but I just switched companies a week ago and I'm good" and he says "oh, I see, you're not listening, that's the problem" and hangs up. A-****. Stop wasting my time.

This guy was a jerk. He asked to speak with the owner which right off tells me he knows nothing about my business. I said he's not available and please remove us from your call list. He went off and asked how dare I assume what he was and that he was offended that I could even do that. He was YELLING. He asked for my name then stated that he would call the owner on his cell phone because he knows him personally. LOL I told him to feel free. He must hate his life. I would too if I were a scam artist.

Persistent to speak to the "owner". Said he could not speak with me due to it being a matter of confidentiality. When I pushed him for info, he said his name was "Andrew" with "FCF" and then said (in an overly official/authoritative tone) to "let the owner know he WOULD be calling back", then hung up. LOL.. Bye bye Andrew, You've been blocked!

Caller said he needed to speak to the owner. We told him the owner wasn't available. He asked if there were other owners. We said no, but we'd take a message. He said his company was as big as Verizon, so it would be impossible to call back and get the same person. Presumably he'll try to call again later. He Would not state the reason for his call.

After repeatedly telling him he can't speak to the owner that I am the manager and take care of all day to day financial matters. He refused to answer any questions to what he really wants. I explained that we are happy with our current set up and to not call back. He not only refused to understand or let me speak to his supervisor, he decided to call back after being hung up on. He literally said "same dude" and hung up. Unprofessional fishing for business service. Do not speak to them.

Extremely rude telemarketer calling from 407-454-6734. Absolutely would not take no for an answer. Called 10x repeatedly until we had to block the phone number from calling our phone line back. Says he is trying to set up an appointment for Michael Franklin. When we said we were not interested in credit card services he continued to call repeatedly.

The lady is extremely rude and very persistent. Lady calls twice a day asking for owner. Every call I tell her that the owner is not available, that I am the manager and that I handle all calls regarding the business. This morning I asked the lady if she was with a merchant services company. She said yes. I told her several times that we are not interested. She hung up on me. The second call today, I told her that I have reported them (FCI) and their number (1-407-454-6734) to the Federal Trade Commission. She laughed in my face and told me that she would continue to call until she reached the owner. I am currently looking for a number to talk to someone within FCI about this harrasment. I did manage to add our phone number to a national DO NOT CALL list with the Federal Trade Commission as well at this web site. https://www.donotcall.gov/
