This number left me a cut off message after I went online to my p (Scam call) reported by


I went online to register for an appointment with my doctor and somehow these people got the info online and left a message on my cell phone beginning "request you previously submitted online". I called back and reached a young man who not only asked for my medicare number which I gave him, but told me that my doctor was not in network when I knew she was, and who then told me that I needed to call her directly. I believed that this call was from the doctor's office to schedule and appointment after telling me that I had to call her (my doctor) directly and then telling me that the purpose of their call to me was to set an appointment with her. He was not clear why he was telling me my doctor was not in the network. This was on a Sunday and it was frustrating. I called Blue Cross that evening about what happened and also did get in touch with my doctor's office the next day, Monday, who had no idea who those people were and why they said that my doctor was not in my Blue Cross plan. The man on the phone kept asking me if I wanted another doctor! These people obviously intercepted the information I put on my doctor's website showing name, address, etc., and even the medical matter I requested an appointment for. My doctor's office did receive my appointment request, so my email to her office went through. But now these people have my personal information. Thank you.
