Wanted to buy my property in Cal. sai (Unsolicited call) reported by


They called and asked for me. Then she said she wanted to buy my home and gave me the address of my residential property. She had my name and residential address, and my telephone number is Unlisted. I asked her why she wanted she wanted my property when they are calling from Florida. and she said it was a Property Development Company. She did not give me their name. I told her no, and do not call here again. She acted surprised I knew she was in Florida. This is the second time they called me. I reported the first call the other day. That day I picked up the phone and said hello, hello twice. They were silent and then hung up the phone on their end. Today they knew my name, phone number and residential address, which as I said before is UNLISTED! So how did they get that information? Reported both times now to Do Not Call Registry.

Answered phone, said hello twice. Complete silence, then they hung up. so I checked with whitepages which is giving me conflicting information. Whitepages says it is a landline, but below that it is a cell phone, and you cannot get any information on the caller or phone other than it is located in Orlando Florida area.

Female asked if i was the homeowner. I asked "what's it to you?" She asked if my property was for sale. I asked "do you see a for sale sign in my yard?" She said "I don't think so". I said "well, i guess it's not for F***ing sale then" and slammed down the phone!

My phone’s caller ID alerts me and shows Potential Spam call. So I do not answer. They don’t leave a message but I got this call 3 to 5 times a day everyday from very early in the morning to very late at night. It’s really annoying! If you answer nobody there but you will be bombarded by same call at roughly same time you answered from them on, with telemarketer. I think the first call is a Robo call and if you answer. That means you are available next time on that time and they give your number to telemarketing.

The caller had a thick accent and sounded like they were in a call center. Asked for me by name, asked what it's regarding and they said a property they wanted to buy. Hung up at that point and then they called back very next morning at 7AM.

She got partway through the 1st sentence (VERY heavy accent - maybe oriental) asking if my property (accurate address of a rental I own) is available. At that point I said "No - and don't call again", & hung up.
