Try to set you up in a high-pressure, must-act-now, situation. Prey upon the fact that it can sometimes be confusing to rent/sell weeks out. I asked for a call-back number and they said they didn't have one. Like others said, they make it sound like a good deal by offering 50% off the $3,200 initial price. They had my address too and said they were going to mail me some papers incase I was interested in the future.

they want you to sign your timeshare for rental but have to register on the rental program for $3000.00 for life. Then they offer 50% discount on the fee just to sign up. I asked for their company name and web site they are not telling and going around in circles during the conversation.

they are not a real business if you do what they want you to do they will just take your money. whether it is to lease out your time share or sell it (which they can't) what ever they want to do for you they do for a fee... but they cannot do what they are telling you. very tricky. once they have your number they get different people to call.
