This has been going on a long time, it appears. I got a call from this number, but I was not there to answer. I googled the number, it was a legitimate Ebay number, but they had no record of any reason why they would call. I had already called and got an answering machine saying it was a guy named Eric, and he was not in. Seems it is an Ebay number, but spoofed. I don't know who Eric is, Ebay does not know who Eric is, but he sounded stoned and may have hijacked the number. I had gotten 4 text in succession from Ebay listing a temporary access code. Then this 408 376 7400 number rang right when the text messages showed up. I called Ebay. They told me an IP address in India had tried to get on my account. My Ebay account is now locked down.
