I ASSUME IT WAS A TELEMARKETER BECAUSE THE WOMAN WHO I SPOKE WITH HAD SUCH A HEAVY FILIPINO ACCENT IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO UNDERSTAND IF SHE WAS EVEN SPEAKING ENGLISH SHE SAID SHE WAS FROM A COMPANY CALLED BILLING DISCO??????? I ASKED TO TO REPEAT THE NAME SEVERAL TIMES AND IT GOT MORE DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND WITH EACH ATTEMPT. WHEN I CANT UNDERSTAND WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING OVER THE PHONE THERE IS NO SENSE CONTINUING A CALL, SO I TERMINATED THE CALL
