I answer the phones for our company on our business line and this number calls multiple times a day every single day and there is never anyone on the call when I answer and they never leave a voicemail if I don't answer. Each time I answer and state my normal company greeting, there is just silence on the line and a few seconds later the call ends. So frustrating.

I keep getting random (408) numbers calling me on my cell, despite moving out of the bay area 5 years ago. This time there was a message left. When I checked the message it was cut off, I only got the tail end of it, but it said "Press 2 to have your number removed from the call list". Right... like that ever works.

Please, if you have the directions or 'HOW to' file a complaint when your number (mine is a cell) is on the Do Not Call Registry that these callers are calling (& if anyone can explain HOW do these callers GET you Do Not Call registered number), it will make it much easier and more likely to get as many complaints filed as possible. Much appreciation (& this request goes to ANYONE who knows HOW to file a complaint), much appreciation, in advance.
