Robo call for sure, got the phone number and called it from a phone other than mine. After 10 rings, the guy answered as Internal Revenue Service. I hung up. I know the IRS doesn't call, they send letters if there is any type of issue and they never say they are going to issue a warrant.

I can't believe people are there in this world trying to scam other people. This is horrible. The Robocall is message stating they are calling from The Criminal Department of the IRS. The IRS as a warrant issued for your arrest. If you don't call the number back. The warrant will be sent to your state. Now they don't say a person's name or anything.

A computerized voice said that the person at this number, no name given for context, has a warrant out for their arrest and to contact this number before it is sent to our county. No company was listed on the caller ID nor was one given during the message. It is my father in laws number and he is over 70. I believe this is a scam geared towards seniors.
